We don’t have anyone working here on any kind of
commission.
We include all of the “extras” in every service we perform; so,
there’s really nothing to upsell you. When service people are not
paid well and the bulk of their income is from add-on sales there is
an uncomfortable tension created in your home. We just flat out
remove that uneasy feeling from the equation before we even arrive
at your home. We are very well paid and we want to see you again and
again.
Ask any company you are considering if they work on a commission
basis; if so, are YOUR interests are being served?
We don’t look like slobs.
It’s really embarrassing to have service people come into your home
who look like they just rolled out of bed, or they are wearing
T-shirts or jeans. Sometimes they will show up in a van that is so
dirty that you don’t want your neighbors to know you actually
invited these people into your home. If they don’t care enough about
their own appearance, how can you trust them to care about your
home’s appearance?
We actually enjoy what we do.
There was a recent study that claims 90% of Americans wish they were
doing something else for a living and that 70% actually HATE what
they do for a living. HATE. That’s just so sad. This will sound
strange to you but we actually love cleaning up your home and making
you proud of it. There is a great deal of satisfaction when a
daughter inherits a rug from her mother and trusts us to wash it.
When we returned it to her, she has tears in her eyes, thanking us
for “making it look like it used to” when she was a little girl.
We are fun to work with.
We have been told that so many times that it made us
look at ourselves and ask “why?” Well, while we take our profession
very seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Yes. We have
all the certifications, awards, and training known to man, as well
as every new toy and gadget the industry can come up with every
year. The truth is that the only people who really care about all
that stuff are other people in our industry. You don’t. We don’t get
burned out trying to be all things to all people, like adding
services that we are don’t enjoy performing, such as mold
remediation, water damage, grout cleaning, pest control, window
washing, chimney cleaning, duct cleaning or working 6 or 7 days a
week like the coupon guys have to do. Just like you, we have
families whom we love and want to see as often as we can.
We are efficient.
We have never understood the logic of wasting your time by
stretching out the time to perform a service to make you “feel” like
you got your money’s worth. If we had not invested in the best
equipment, training, and cleaning agents, it could and should take
much longer to get your carpets clean and get them dry in a hurry.
With our multi-step processes someone is always moving toward our
goal: getting it clean and getting it dry. We know our place in your
home is to remove the dirt, make everything look and smell terrific,
and then let you get back to your busy life. What a concept!
We are discreet.
We are fortunate to service the most beautiful homes anywhere. With
that comes a great deal of responsibility. We have many, many
clients who need and desire privacy and discretion. We are familiar
with non-disclosure documents as well as protecting your credit card
information and security codes when you need servicing without being
present. We actually have many regular clients whom we have never
met in person.
