Someone can be the nicest guy in
the world; but if he doesn't know an area rug from Astroturf, you
really don't want him taking care of your valuable rugs and carpets.
There is training and then there is TRAINING. Some
places let the new hires "train" on your carpets after watching the
company training video for a couple of days. It's usually not too
much of a problem for basic stuff. When you have a nice carpet or
special stain, that's when it becomes a problem. When you have a
RUG, it can be a HUGE problem. We cost more than your basic
run-of-the-mill carpet cleaner (all pun intended) but we've been
tested, trained and tested again for YEARS. |
